  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 pita breads

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and beaten egg.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Warm the pita breads in the oven for a few minutes.
