Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken tenders to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken tenders for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
