- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended. Add chicken breasts, ensuring they’re fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill or pan-cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing into strips.
- Prepare the Tzatziki: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, fresh dill, and salt. Stir well until blended and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Assemble Your Gyros: Take warm pita bread and layer sliced chicken in the center. Top with tzatziki and optional fresh veggies.
Notes
