- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the garlic Parmesan mixture.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
