- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add chicken breasts to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, mix with vegetables, and heat through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
