- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, garlic, bell pepper, and onion.
- Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
- Serve the steak and vegetables in warm tortillas.
