Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. In a baking dish, layer noodles, shrimp mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
