Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt garlic butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs and sear until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- In another pan, sauté spinach until wilted.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the spinach, stirring until combined.
- Serve the chicken thighs with the creamed spinach on the side.
