Ingredients

- 2 cups of mixed fruits (strawberries, bananas, mangoes)
- 1 cup of yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1/2 cup of fruit juice (orange or apple)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the mixed fruits, yogurt, fruit juice, and honey until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into lolly molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
