Description

A rich and delicious dessert combining fudgy brownies and creamy ice cream, topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Brownie Mix
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 quart Ice Cream (any flavor)
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Shavings or Sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix package.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, blending with eggs and oil.
  3. Bake the brownie batter in a springform pan and allow to cool completely.
  4. Layer the cooled brownies by slicing them horizontally into two layers.
  5. Build your cake by placing one brownie layer in the springform pan, then spread softened ice cream over it.
  6. Add the second layer of brownies on top of the ice cream.
  7. Freeze the assembled cake for several hours until firm.
  8. Serve by removing the cake from the pan and topping with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and sprinkles.

Notes

Allow the cake to freeze overnight for best results. Customize flavors by experimenting with different ice creams or garnishes.
