- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
- Combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add in the cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently if using, avoiding overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
