Ingredients
- Bread: 4 slices of sourdough or whole grain bread
- Cheese: 8 ounces of brie cheese, sliced

- Butter: 2 tablespoons, softened
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until they are caramelized and golden brown.
