Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the sour cream, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until fully combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  9. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  11. Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint leaves before serving.
