- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 can refried beans
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and salsa, then mix well.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
- Spread refried beans on each tortilla.
- Add the beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream or guacamole.
- These burritos can be frozen for later use.
