 - 12 large eggs
 - 2 cups milk
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup diced ham or Canadian bacon
 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
 - Layer the toasted English muffins in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
 - Sprinkle the diced ham or Canadian bacon over the muffins.
 - Pour the egg mixture evenly over the muffins and ham.
 - Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
 - Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
