- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture, then gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle (about 16×12 inches) and spread softened butter over the surface.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before icing.
- For the icing, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth, then drizzle over the warm rolls.
Notes
- These rolls can be made ahead of time; prepare the dough and filling, then refrigerate overnight before baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute almond milk and coconut oil for the butter and milk.
