Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the diced chicken, rice, and chicken broth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the tzatziki sauce.
