Description

Delicious tacos filled with seasoned ground chicken, crispy dill pickles, and creamy ranch dressing, all wrapped in warm tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 small tortillas
  • 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for searing

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, drizzle with oil, and add the ground chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Place a small amount of cooked chicken in the center of each tortilla and gently smash it down.
  4. Sear the tortillas in the skillet, pressing down with a spatula, until crispy on both sides, around 3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the tortillas from the skillet and top with dill pickles, ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and onions.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a healthier option, use an air fryer for the tortillas. Customize the toppings as desired.
