- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 small tortillas
- 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for searing
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, drizzle with oil, and add the ground chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Place a small amount of cooked chicken in the center of each tortilla and gently smash it down.
- Sear the tortillas in the skillet, pressing down with a spatula, until crispy on both sides, around 3 minutes per side.
- Remove the tortillas from the skillet and top with dill pickles, ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and onions.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier option, use an air fryer for the tortillas. Customize the toppings as desired.
