Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking, or set a skillet on medium heat for frying.
- Mix shredded chicken, ranch dressing, dill pickles, and cheese in a bowl until combined.
- Lay out the tortillas and spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- If baking, place the taquitos on a baking sheet, spray with cooking oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy. For frying, heat oil in a skillet and carefully fry the taquitos until golden brown on all sides.
