Description

Crispy taquitos filled with seasoned shredded chicken, creamy ranch, and crunchy dill pickles, perfect for game day or a cozy family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheese (e.g., Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 8 Flour Tortillas
  • Oil (for frying or baking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking, or set a skillet on medium heat for frying.
  2. Mix shredded chicken, ranch dressing, dill pickles, and cheese in a bowl until combined.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. If baking, place the taquitos on a baking sheet, spray with cooking oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy. For frying, heat oil in a skillet and carefully fry the taquitos until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauces.

Notes

These taquitos can be made ahead of time; prepare the filling a day in advance. Avoid overfilling to prevent bursting during cooking.
