Description

Deviled Egg Sliders are a creative and fun twist on the classic deviled eggs, served on slider buns for a delightful snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice them in half.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and chives until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a filled egg half on each slider bun, adding lettuce if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time; just assemble them before serving.
  • Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings like bacon bits or pickles.
