Description
Deviled Egg Sliders are a creative and fun twist on the classic deviled eggs, served on slider buns for a delightful snack or appetizer.

			- 6 large eggs
 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
 - Slider buns
 - Lettuce leaves (optional)
 
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
 - Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice them in half.
 - Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and chives until smooth.
 - Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
 - Assemble the sliders by placing a filled egg half on each slider bun, adding lettuce if desired.
 - Serve immediately and enjoy!
 
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
 - These sliders can be made ahead of time; just assemble them before serving.
