Description

Ingredients

  • Butter, for serving
  • Maple syrup, warmed
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, folding gently until just mixed.
