    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  5. Dip each cheesecake ball into the flour, then into the beaten egg, and finally roll in the graham cracker and cotton candy mixture until fully coated.
  6. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).

  8. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
