- 10 small flour tortillas
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix until everything melds into a creamy filling.
- Season the mixture: Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly to ensure spices are evenly distributed.
- Prepare the tortillas: Lay a tortilla flat and spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the lower third of the tortilla.
- Roll the taquito: Tightly roll the tortilla around the filling, tucking in the sides to keep everything secure.
- Heat the oil: In a skillet, heat about an inch of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
- Fry the taquitos: Place 2-3 taquitos seam-side down in the oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain and serve: Remove taquitos from the skillet and let them drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining taquitos.
- Garnish: Serve warm with optional toppings like salsa and guacamole.
