			- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 2 large eggs
 - 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Vegetable oil for frying
 - 1/2 cup tonkatsu sauce
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
 - Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
 - Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
 - Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
 - Coat the chicken in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
 - Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
 - Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
 - Slice the chicken and serve with tonkatsu sauce.
 
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken by repeating the egg and breadcrumb steps.
 - Serve with shredded cabbage for a traditional touch.
 - Leftover chicken can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
