- 1 cup grits
- 4 cups water or chicken broth

Instructions
- In a pot, bring water or chicken broth to a boil and add grits. Cook according to package instructions until creamy.
- Stir in butter and cheddar cheese into the grits, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add the seasoned shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- To serve, spoon grits into bowls, top with crispy Cajun shrimp, and garnish with chopped green onions.
