Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
 - Slice the chicken breasts into cutlets.
 - Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
 - Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
 - Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
 - Place the breaded cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
 - Spray the tops of the cutlets with cooking spray.
 - Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
