Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract until everything blends seamlessly.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing gently until you see a smooth batter form.
  4. Heat oil in your deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F (175°C).
