Description

A delightful creamy pasta dish with tender salmon and fresh spinach that promises a luxurious dining experience.


Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of salmon
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, season salmon with salt and pepper, and cook for about 4–5 minutes on each side until it flakes easily.
  3. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, letting it come to a gentle simmer.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.
  8. Flake the salmon into large chunks and fold gently into the pasta.
  9. Serve hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For make-ahead tips, prepare the salmon and spinach separately in the fridge and combine them when ready to cook. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
