- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the seafood mixture.
- Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the seafood with your favorite options.
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the filling.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
