- 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 12 oz cooked pasta or rice

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in diced red onion and minced garlic, sautéing for about 2 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Add bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots, sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until softened but crunchy.
- Incorporate frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
- Pour in heavy cream and broth, and add ranch seasoning. Stir until well combined.
- Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over pasta or rice, garnished with parsley.
