  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz cooked pasta or rice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
  2. Stir in diced red onion and minced garlic, sautéing for about 2 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots, sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until softened but crunchy.
  4. Incorporate frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and broth, and add ranch seasoning. Stir until well combined.
  6. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over pasta or rice, garnished with parsley.
