- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the spiralized zucchini and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.

- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
