			- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup chicken broth
 - 1 lemon, juiced and zested
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley for garnish
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
 - Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
 - Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
 - Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
 - Add artichoke hearts, chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir to combine.
 - Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
 - Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
