A delicious and creamy dip made with corn and jalapeños, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients

			- 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 2–3 jalapeños, diced (adjust to taste)
 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
 - Add in the corn, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
 - Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
 - Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
 - Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
 
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or include some of the seeds.
 - This dip can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
 - Feel free to substitute with different types of cheese for variation.
