Ingredients
- Pasta: 12 oz cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen
- Meat: 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
- Vegetables: 1 medium onion, diced; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 cup spinach, chopped
- Cheese: 1 cup ricotta cheese; 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese; ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Liquids: 1 cup heavy cream; 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
