Ingredients

  • Pasta: 12 oz cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen
  • Meat: 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
  • Vegetables: 1 medium onion, diced; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • Cheese: 1 cup ricotta cheese; 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese; ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Liquids: 1 cup heavy cream; 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Seasonings: 1 tsp Italian seasoning; salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
