Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz twisted pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing it with the sauce.
  9. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
