Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the garlic cloves to the pot.
- Drain the potatoes and garlic, then return them to the pot.
- Add the butter and heavy cream to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with milk.
- Feel free to add herbs like chives or parsley for extra flavor.
