- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Stir in lemon juice, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
