 - 1 cup warm water
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon sugar
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
 - 1 cup fresh cranberries
 - Zest of 1 orange
 - Juice of 1 orange
 - Coarse sea salt for topping
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
 - Add olive oil, orange juice, and orange zest to the yeast mixture.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Once risen, punch down the dough and fold in the cranberries.
 - Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet, creating dimples with your fingers.
 - Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
