    • 23 tablespoons cold water

    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and butter. Use a pastry cutter to mix until crumbly.
  3. Add egg yolk and cold water, mixing until a dough forms. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Blind bake the crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  6. Spread cranberries evenly over the baked crust, then pour the custard mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool completely before serving. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
