Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and toss to combine.
 - If desired, stir in the chopped cilantro.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
