- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- If using, stir in the cooked rice or pasta until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
