- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, chives, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the butter mixture.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
