- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, letting it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, butter, and vanilla to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the blue cookie dough evenly on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place the slices in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- For the frosting, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
