 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
 - 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
 - In another bowl, beat eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
 - Combine the dry ingredients with the egg mixture.
 - Spread the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until set.
 - Let it cool, then roll it up in a towel.
 - Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
 - Unroll the cake, spread whipped cream, and re-roll.
 - Cover with chocolate ganache and decorate as desired.
