- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/4 cup sugar.
- Add the softened butter and milk, stirring until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, combine the 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
- Once the biscuit bites are out of the oven, immediately roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon sugar mixture.
