Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Stir in the melted chocolate until well combined.
- Fold in the flour gently until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Let them cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve warm.
