Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Create the crust by mixing chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter, then press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, and gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Combine cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
