Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

 - Marinate the chicken thighs in half of the chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
 - Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
 - Serve the chicken thighs drizzled with the remaining chimichurri sauce.
