Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cucumber: Start by peeling and chopping the cucumber into small pieces.
  2. Blend to Perfection: Place the chopped cucumber into a high-speed blender with a splash of water and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the Juice: Strain the cucumber mixture into a large pitcher using a fine mesh sieve.
  4. Add Zing: Pour in freshly squeezed lemon juice and add sugar, stirring gently until dissolved.
  5. Mix with Water: Add remaining water and stir well to combine.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with Style: Fill glasses with ice, pour in lemonade, and garnish with lemon and cucumber slices.
