- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- Pita bread, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
- In a bowl, layer mixed greens, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and serve with pita bread.
